Recording hours for a Bright Funds volunteer event

Volunteered for an event in Bright Funds and want to confirm your hours?

If you signed up for a volunteering event on Bright Funds and completed the event, you can confirm your hours.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to your My Volunteering page
2. Select the event you need to record time under

Record and confirm your hours

1. Verify that you were able to attend the event, and confirm your hours
2. Click Save
3. Your hours will be submitted in “Requested” state for approval by your company

If the hours are not confirmed after the event, the hours will be automatically submitted by our system a few days after the event has concluded.

What's Next

The hours won't appear on your dashboard right away, as they will be submitted to your company for approval, and you'll be notified once they have been reviewed. If approved, the hours will then appear on your dashboard.

You can view all submitted hours on your My Volunteering - Hours page for reference.
