Joining an Everyday Action

Please note this feature may be dependent on your company's Bright Funds plan.

Does your company offer Everyday Actions on Bright Funds?

If so, you can join in on any available! You can get started from your Bright Funds dashboard.

In the left-hand panel, you should see "My Everyday Actions" listed.
Once you click on "My Everyday Actions", you will be taken to the page within Bright Funds.

Once on the page following the steps above, click the "All Available" tab on the left. This tab will list all the available Everyday Actions launched by your company that you have not yet joined.
Click on the "View" button on the Everyday Action of your choice to see more details, including the different activities. If you wish to just join, you can click the "Join" button from that page.
If the activities are of interest to you, click the "Join this Action!" button on the page.
You will then be prompted to invite any colleagues to be your Allies to help support you on your journey. You can always edit your list of Allies later, after you have joined the action.
Click "Join" once you are ready.
Congratulations! You are on your way to making the world a brighter place.

Now that you have joined the activity, you can go back to the Activities page and click the "My Actions" tab to see the Actions you have joined.

When you are ready to log activity, you can click on the "My Actions" tab, and click "View" to see all the activities associated.

When you see an activity you have completed, you can click "Log Activity".
It will direct you to the activity page, and you can click "I did this!" to record your activity.
You will see a comment window, where you can share more about the activity you performed, and you can also attach an image to share!
Once your details are filled in, click "Submit" to mark the Activity as completed, and to earn the points associated with it.
You will be able to see the comment you have just added on the Leaderboard + Updates section for the Everyday Action.
You can also see your points updated on the Leaderboard, as well as your progress on the Action banner that are tied to the Everyday Action.
