Are you a Nonprofit looking to access your Bright Network account? You are in the right place!
If you are a donor looking to add a nonprofit into Bright Funds, please visit our donor-specific article here for more information, or contact support@brightfunds.org for further assistance.
Nonprofits, public schools, and private schools can register for an account to access donor reports in Bright Network!
There is no charge to register your nonprofit for Bright Network, or to receive donations through Bright Funds.
Registering for Nonprofits and Private Schools
As a nonprofit, you can visit the nonprofit page on Bright Funds here to get started, then follow the steps below:
- Click the "Sign In/Register" button
- Fill in your registration details, which includes your name, email and password; sign up
- Search for your nonprofit by name or EIN
- Select the blue "Register" button next to your nonprofit's name.
- If the "Register" button is not available or greyed out, that means someone at your nonprofit has already registered the account. Please reach out to nonprofits@brightfunds.org, and our team can help with adding your email to your nonprofit's account page.
- Fill out the form on the next page to complete the registration process
Once completed, our team will review the registration information provided. Once the registration is approved, we will let you know, and you will be able to log in and access more detailed donor information, and sign up to receive donations via ACH, if you haven't done so yet.
Registering as a Public School
You can visit the nonprofit page on Bright Funds here to get started, then follow the steps below:
- Click the "Sign In/Register" button
- Select the green "Register Now" button on the right hand side of the screen
- Make sure "Public Schools" is selected below the search bar
- Search for your school by name or NCES ID
- Select the blue "Register" button next to your school's name
- Fill out the form on the next page to complete the registration process
Once completed, our team will review the registration information provided. Once the registration is approved, we will let you know, and you will be able to log in and access more detailed donor information, and sign up to receive donations via ACH, if you haven't done so yet.
Signed up as a Bright Funds donor on accident?
Please send the below information to convert your account to our team at nonprofits@brightfunds.org, or use the chat bubble:
- IRS Letter of Determination
- First page of form 990
- The email address mistakenly registered as a donor
If you are a public school, please send over the following information:
- NCES ID
- Letter from the school confirming you are a contact on their behalf
- The email address mistakenly registered as a donor
Once received, our team will verify the information and convert your account.
