What is an Employee Resource Group?

An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group that's recognized by a company, and is formed around shared interests, identities, or life experiences.

If offered by your company, you can find approved ERGs on Bright Funds that you can join, or even create and propose your own ERG under the "My ERGs" link on the left-side panel of your Bright Funds dashboard.

For the ERGs on Bright Funds, you will be able to join a group that interests you, with each ERG listing any activities, discussion topics or meetings as it related to the group.
