Updating the login and users for your Bright Network Account

Your nonprofit has a verified account in Bright Network, and now, you need to update the login, maybe add a few more people to gain access. We're happy to help with that!

To update the login email

Please send the following information to our team at nonprofits@brightfunds.org or in the chat:

  1. IRS Letter of Determination
  2. First page of form 990
  3. The email address needing to be the main account holder

Once verified, our team will update the login, and let you know of next steps to complete the process, if any.

To add another user to the Bright Network account

Please send the following information to our team at nonprofits@brightfunds.org or in the chat:

  1. IRS Letter of Determination
  2. First page of form 990
  3. The email address needing to be added

Once verified, our team will add the new user on our end, and let you know of next steps to complete the process for access.
